Pad Pak with Shrimp

Serves 6-8
Ingredients
2 Tbsp canola oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small yellow onion, sliced
1 each shallot, sliced
1 tsp shiitake mushroom seasoning
1 lb green beans, trimmed
2 each chayote, sliced
2 cups chayote greens, chopped
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce (tuong gia vi)
6-8 servings steamed rice
Directions
In a large wok, heat the oil over medium high heat. Add the garlic and toast, until golden brown. Add the onion and shallot and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add the mushroom seasoning, green beans, chayote, chayote greens, shrimp, and a 1/2 cup water and stir-fry until vegetables are tender, but still crunchy and the shrimp is cooked through. Season with oyster sauce and Golden Mountain seasoning sauce and serve with steamed rice.
