*About Veg Packs: Feed the People, on Hawaiʻi Island, provides meal kits with recipe cards for families in need. Local ingredients are sourced as much as possible to support Hawaiʻi's food producers, accelerate our food sustainability goals, and power an ag-focused economy. Most meal kits come with a Veg Pack, which all vary in size and contents. Think of each one as 1-2 lbs of mixed vegetables.

Directions

In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, warm the oil and stir-fry the beef and vegetables for about 5 minutes.

Add the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 15 minutes, until ingredients are tender.

Turn off the heat, break up the block of curry and add it to the skillet. Stir until well incorporated. Turn the heat back on and simmer about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Serve with hot rice or noodles.
