*About Veg Packs: Feed the People, on Hawaiʻi Island, provides meal kits with recipe cards for families in need. Local ingredients are sourced as much as possible to support Hawaiʻi's food producers, accelerate our food sustainability goals, and power an ag-focused economy. Most meal kits come with a Veg Pack, which all vary in size and contents. Think of each one as 1-2 lbs of mixed vegetables.

Directions

In a large skillet, on high heat, warm the oil and stir-fry the veggies for 2-3 minutes. Lower heat to medium, add the beef and cook 8-10 minutes, until the meat has browned.

Add the noodles and 1/2 cup water and cook 5 more minutes.

In a small bowl combine the sugar, shoyu, oyster sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to make the yakisoba sauce.

Reduce heat to low, add the yakisoba sauce and stir-fry one more minute. Serve, garnished with green onions if you have them on hand.
