Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

1 lb broccoli, cut into florets

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 Tbsp olive oil

TT salt and black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven 450 degrees.

In a large bowl, toss together broccoli, garlic and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread out on to a sheet pan and roast about 20 minutes, until tender.
